Annie has been a practising Cognitive Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Past Life Therapist for over 10 years. She trained at the Quest Institute, and she now practises from home in Holme On Spalding Moor in East Yorkshire. Annie’s previous professional background was in Financial Services, Banking and Administration, and she is pleased to be able to bring all her skills and resources together in her post as the Financial Administrator for the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). Annie has become one of the first in the country to achieve a new national standard of excellence for Hypnotherapy, and has been registered by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the UK regulator for complementary healthcare. The recognition places her at the forefront of a national drive to provide a benchmark for standards and safety for the public. Practitioners registered with the CNHC meet national occupational standards and abide by a rigorous code of conduct, performance and ethics. By providing a verification of standards, the CNHC allows GPs, hospitals, private healthcare providers and insurance companies to refer patients to hypnotherapy practitioners or to make hypnotherapy more readily available in health centres, clinics, doctors’ surgeries and hospitals. Annie is also a Reiki Master and believes in an holistic approach using various skills and resources to benefit the mind, body and spirit. Annie is always looking to develop her skills and completed her training in Feb 2011 with Anne Jirsch as a Future Life Progessionist. She has recently completed her training as a Certified Hypnotension Practitioner.
