Therapy for Animals & Pets
Animals are not humans, but they can benefit from various forms of therapy including Reiki (distance healing as well as hands on), and Hypnotherapy. We love our pets and shower them with love and affection, but they also need exercise, clear direction, and leadership. Giving them love alone doesn't create balance in their lives. As Cesar Millan says "Be a pack leader!"
Rehabilitating an animal or pet is not about "fixing" it. It's about you, the owner, creating a positive intention, not a negative feeling. Animals pick up on emotions - feelings of fear, doubt, or worry – and they will respond by attempting to become dominant.
The energy you're feeling internally is the message you're outwardly sending to your pet. If you are stressed and anxious, the animal will be stressed and anxious. If you are calm and relaxed, the animal will be calm and relaxed.
Avoid perpetuating your pet's fears or unstable mind. Visualise a successful scenario, hold it in your mind and then communicate it to your pet.
The key to your pet's happiness is you! You are the source of your pet’s energy. You are the role model, You are in control.
Many successful animal trainers including Dog Whisperer (Cesar Millan), the Horse Whisperer (Monty Roberts) and Pet Pyschic (Joanne Hull) believe successful training starts with the owner.
I believe we can all communicate with our pets, we just have to be careful what we say, "don't jump up" shouted at an excited dog can easily translate into "what did she say, jump up?, yes yes, she wants me to jump up"!
Learn how to be the pack leader and in control, stay calm and relaxed around your pet, and enjoy a stable relationship with your pet.
